    I had never done meditations before until this year. It was a little uncomfortable at first but I gradually got used to it. They were useful whenever I was running late and had a stressful morning because I was able to sit back for a minute and completely let go of everything and just be. They were affective at times and sometimes it was hard to get into the meditation. Overall I thought it was good to experience something different and try something new in order to relax. It was very hard to let go of judgement so i could fully experience the meditation. It did get easier and easier the more we did it.

    I can apply it to my life for when I am stressed with school work or any event because it is useful in any situation.
